ButtonPanel contains a matrix of buttons which can send commands to PCStage in various ways. You can create any number of buttons, display them in any possible layout and define separate properties for each button, giving instant access to important or interactive aspects of your show.

When you save your PCStage production, the button definitions are stored in a file in the same directory, with the same name, but the extension .PCS_ButtonPanel The plugin will also automatically load this file when the production is loaded. It is therefore important to keep this file with the production file if the latter is moved.

Click Buttons... to display the button editing dialog. Each button has these properties:

• Caption is the text displayed on the button.
• Colour is the colour of the button.
• Behaviour lets you select whether the button sends a single command when clicked and released (Simple click) or different commands when toggled down and up (Manual toggle). Timed toggle toggles the button up after a specified delay has elapsed, rather than waiting for the user to click it again.
• Command, Down Cmd and Up Cmd
• Time is the release delay for Timed toggle buttons.

Click the left and right-arrow Layout buttons to change the vertical and horizontal dimensions of the button matrix. They cycle through all possible combinations.
